How an order moves

Selecting manufacturers
We deal with Korean manufacturers directly to identify which lines and pack sizes the Mongolian market actually wants, and contract on official distribution terms.

Import and customs
Shipping schedules, freight, customs clearance and the certification and warranty paperwork are all ours to handle.

Warehousing
Arriving stock is booked in by unit and case, and held against forecast demand so replenishment does not stall.

Nationwide distribution
We deliver to trade points in Ulaanbaatar and the provinces against order. Fast-moving lines go onto a standing delivery schedule.

Retail support
We support partners when introducing new lines, securing shelf position and holding stock through promotional periods.

Case packs are retail-ready: most lines case at 6 to 48 units, with nothing to repack before the shelf.
